Willy Bolander, Rader II Professor of Industrial Distribution
Dr. Bolander holds a Ph.D. from the University of Houston. He studies influence, persuasion, leadership, and performance in sales and has published his research in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Business Ethics, and other outlets.
Maria Rouziou, Assistant Professor of Industrial Distribution
Dr. Rouziou holds a Ph.D. from HEC Paris and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Vanderbilt University. She studies relationships inside sales organizations, sales compensation and incentives, and disruptions and innovations in sales and has published her research in Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of International Marketing, Marketing Letters, Journal of Retailing, and other outlets.
Lee Allison, Associate Professor of Industrial Distribution
Dr. Allison holds a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. She studies salesperson brand identification, gender effects in business, and salesperson control systems and has published her research in Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, and other outlets.
Curtis Schroeder, Senior Researcher
Curtis is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Oklahoma State University. He studies motivation, work values, skills, and organizational network dynamics enhance sales performance and create meaningful impact within sales organizations and has published his research in Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, and other outlets.
